Every brand has a story. This is ours.
I HAVE ALWAYS BELIEVED IN SEEING THE POTENTIAL IN PEOPLE.
I grew up in Mākaha, on the west side of Oʻahu, in a family whose lives were dedicated to serving our community. We didn’t have much, but what we did have was a deep understanding of people, their struggles, and the importance of showing up for one another.
I grew up watching my family give their time, energy, and hearts to helping others. It taught me something that has stayed with me ever since: sometimes, what people need most is someone who genuinely sees them and believes in what they’re capable of.
Creativity was always how I expressed myself. I loved art, storytelling, learning, and finding new ways to bring ideas to life. Even when I wasn’t sure where that creativity would take me, I knew it was a part of who I was.
Becoming a mother at a young age gave me an entirely different kind of purpose. I understood what it meant to make sacrifices, work toward something bigger than myself, and build a future with whatever resources I had.
I just didn’t know yet how those experiences would eventually become the foundation of BRNDID.
WHERE CREATIVITY FOUND ITS PURPOSE.
My career took an unexpected turn when I joined iHeartRadio as a morning radio personality.
Through radio, I had the opportunity to work with businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands across our community. I met people who had poured their hearts into creating something meaningful — people with incredible products, ambitious ideas, and businesses they were working tirelessly to grow.
And I noticed something.
There was often a difference between how much a business had to offer and how that business was being presented to the world.
I could see the potential. I could see the story behind the product, the person behind the business, and the vision they were trying to bring to life.
But I also saw how easily those stories could get lost.
That’s where my creativity found a new purpose.
I began developing content, creating visuals, and finding ways to tell stories that felt authentic to the brands behind them. What started as part of my work became something I genuinely loved — connecting with people, understanding their vision, and creating something that helped others see it too.
Over time, I realized my passion wasn’t simply creating beautiful content.
It was helping people feel seen through what they were building.
WHY BRNDID EXISTS.
The idea for BRNDID came from a belief that stayed with me long after I left radio:
A great idea shouldn’t go unnoticed simply because someone doesn’t have the resources, connections, or creative team to present it beautifully.
I’ve met people with incredible talent who were still finding their confidence. Entrepreneurs building businesses from the ground up. Creators with something meaningful to share who weren’t quite sure how to bring their vision together.
I recognized something familiar in all of them.
The ambition. The creativity. The willingness to start before everything was perfectly in place.
BRNDID was created for people like that.
A creative studio where ideas are taken seriously, individuality is celebrated, and compelling imagery meets intentional storytelling.
Today, we work with creators, personal brands, and businesses to bring their vision to life through photography, content production, and creative direction.
We believe your brand should reflect more than what you sell or what you post. It should reflect the thought, personality, and purpose behind everything you’re building.
BRNDID exists to help close the distance between what you envision and what the world sees.
